The First International Linguistic Conference
in Warsaw

will be held from 19 to 21 October 2010

The main topics of the conference are: teaching and teaching methods, translation, applied linguistics, theoretical linguistics, as well as possible practical applications of new psychological, philosophical and cognitive theories of language.

The official languages of the conference are English and Polish.

We invite you to submit abstracts in Polish or English (no longer than 1000 characters).

There are still a few free speaking slots available. If you missed the last deadline, please fill in the registration form now and submit your abstract by email (konferencja@lingwistyka.edu.pl). Participants who have registered by 15 August and have not received their acceptance/rejection letter by 21 August are also kindly requested to contact us.

The conference fee of 100 EUR includes attendance at all the conference sessions, conference materials and the book of abstracts, as well as dinners.
Payment details will be given upon the announcement of accepted abstracts (by 15 July 2010).

It will be possible to register on site. The conference fee for last minute registration will be 125 EUR.
